 This week's gone fast, hasn't it?

Seen anything cool? Made anything lately?

I finally finished a very easy sampler. I'll do a post about it later today. This weekend I'm going to try to finish getting the garden cleaned out. My daisy that I planted last year bloomed and has a bunch more buds and two of my petunias are going wild.

I've been struggling a bit. I'm captain of a competitive knitting/crochet/weaving/spinning team; we participate in a three-month tournament that has five challenges every month. Usually I finish something for all five. This month, I only have one done. I have another in the works but have serious doubts I can complete in time. I've also tried three different patterns for a third challenge, but was unhappy with the results so gave up.

I feel like I am letting my team down by not completing all five challenges. This is a bit silly, because we have a "rule" that we love each other anyway even if life gets in the way and you don't have time to make anything. I just need to accept I'm having an off month, but that's rather hard to do.
