I crocheted a couple of brain slugs! The original pattern was via the website Hook and Needles, which seems to have lapsed since I last visited; luckily, I still have a copy of the original PDF downloaded in multiple places. Even luckier, the Wayback Machine has me covered, pattern PDF included.

Not that I actually used the pattern for anything more than reference! It was very useful to me in the past, and I deeply appreciate it, but I also dislike making anything of that size in single crochet, so I wanted to work out a double crochet version. Anyway, I finished that one up, then whipped up a medium-sized one to complete a commission from a friend. They now have three crocheted brain slugs of increasing size, so it will look like the slug is growing when they wear them while staffing a convention 😂
