I'm halfway done redressing (refurbishing? changing the upholstery???) on my desk chair, gonna finish that tomorrow. Cute fuzzy pink fabric let's go!

I've been writing a lot of fanfic, dreamwidth really has been the best place for me when it comes to finding prompts.

Against my better judgement, I've also made three (and a half) pairs of earrings, two (and said half) being themed after the character Takeuchi from the manga Mars Red. Against my better judgement cus it's kinda hard on my hands, but since I haven't been able to draw, I've been going stir-crazy.

It is! It's so easy to get a good overview of them too, I find, it's really easy to find a prompt that sounds like fun.

omg changing upholstery? you are my hero. I tried it once and the results were disastrous (granted, I chose a complicated project to begin with but still)

It's definitely quite the task! I put new fabric on my kitchen chairs several years ago and haven't done any upholstery since, so it was fun getting to do it again. I'm currently upgrading to a chair with those buttons in the back rest, that's gonna take a lot of work lol (Good luck if/when you try again!)
