Since I’ve already posted the first chapter of the fic I’m currently publishing, I’m currently writing my planned tie-in journal entry to time with its final chapter’s release in a couple weeks from tomorrow…that being said, given the very gnarly sentiments that I’m working through in writing said entry, I’m getting increasingly tempted to drop it early just to get them off my chest sooner rather than later.

Hopefully the gratification will be worth delaying, in any case.

ugh I know how that feels, when you really really want to share something before the time you chose for it because the anticipation is that much. Thankfully, waiting almost always feel super gratifying so good luck with that!

I'm working through prompts from Tuesday's fishbowl, now that our internet is working again.

I'm about to go outside and plant some fruit pits to see if any will sprout. I'm pretty sure the mulberries I planted earlier are sprouting.

The next feature I want for my gallery page is in the works. A lot of the old code needs to get cleaned up before I can finish it. I took a break from that to focus on visual art.

I've been listening to some calm trumpet-playing because string instruments have become more distracting now that I'm learning about them.

I keep doing a bunch of education related shit and I'm happy? I'm pushing myself more with that and increasing my confidence levels UwU

I made WAAAAY more progress on my Friedrich Nietzsche essay and lore for my comic boaks.

Also I uh... I think I MAY have developed a better idea for my monthly Spawnposting. But we will see. I read a lot of that this week and I'm enjoying where the plot is going...

Oh yeah and the Quibbledash fic is slowly being built...........

I'm getting back into mealprep and have a better idea now of how to do it.

My partner has a very productive dr appointment at a new specialist on Friday. I wasn't able to go but I have been working on getting the supplies they recommended. 2 items have been ordered, & 1 im still working on. We thought it would be over the counter but apparently its not so he will have to call the Dr office back about possibly getting a prescription for it.

I've also done some laundry today and cooked lunch. My partner and I also finished watching up season 2 of taskmaster which we are enjoying a lot. We saw the most recent season as it came out and now we're watching older ones.

While watching TV I started darning a hole in one of my socks. I have been working on darning a bunch of socks that have holes so it's nice to work on them. I recently realized that I can't see the darker threads I was using so I switched to a lighter color and it's much easier to do.

I've been rewatching some Teen Wolf eps to get into the flow of writing for one of my AUs again. It's been very slow going, but the second part in my vampire!Stiles AU is coming along. I could certainly use words of encouragement that keep the muses in sight so I can actually write something though.

I'm also outlining some works for hextech trio week. Initially I thought I'd make 7 fics but I don't think my muses love me that much lately, so I'm sketching some moodboards as a back up plan.

i literally just continued on my wip "novel" after weeks of not touching it (the woes of having too many hobbies while working a full-time corpo job). i suddenly missed working on it, but it seems like i don't have much time nor energy to dedicate to writing as much as i used to </3 on the other hand, i've been reading lots! mainly master and margarita, but i've also been reading get a life, chloe brown, and anne of ingleside, and there's no such thing as an easy job, amongst all the other books i casually read from time to time.

I have knitted a hat - over two weekends and a weekday evening (although the bits I did on the evening all got frogged). I enjoyed part of the process, but not the interesting pattern, and I struggled so much I made it much shorter than the pattern said. And yet, it fits in the way I need it to, so I'm pleased it is done. But I've learned that I just don't care enough to knit patterns with fancy stitches, and that I'll not do anything that requires perl two together.

I've been knees-deep in webdev lately. I finished the index page for my website today, and I outlined another layout I want to make. I'd also really like to write something for the 5th sunshine_revival challenge but that hasn't happened yet... Oh! And I drew something for fan_flashworks!

No real need for encouragement, although I'll take home remedies for writer's block if you have them... /joking

It's ficinabox season soon! Super excited for it :D I've been debating signing up for enemiestoloversex, too, but I'm not sure...

We're watching (well, I'm rewatching, but my partners are not) the A Series of Unfortunate Events Netflix show right now, and it's been so nice. I love NPH's Olaf so much... We've also been playing Tales of Graces f! Mostly doing side stuff right now, so haven't made a lot of plot progress, but I love wandering around, so no complaints on my end.

I finished all of my work stuff this week at last! No more sketches or other commissions I need to do. Probably will take it easy for a few weeks, because this was a lot at once. Probably will spend this "vacation time" doing more webdev...

I seem to have accidentally joined a band! We had our first jam session on Friday and we work together pretty well. The songs are all new to me; but it's been 15 years so I don't remember any of my old songs anyway. We're doing 80s/90s high-energy stuff and I am almost keeping up.

I'm a little bit intimidated because damn, these people are GOOD! And then I remember, oh yeah, so am I. It'll be fine.

I finished my timeline for my romantasy story, by rereading it. But I found a lot of scenes that need to be added, that are from the MMC's POV. I haven't written any of them.
