Posted the first chapter of a new WIP, started a couple more, got the one for whos-who-pt-2 done and posted, and where the firelight fades is upwards of 52K now 😸

(this has been my second-longest thing ever written since shortly after it cleared 20K in September)

(it's not gonna be my first-longest, that's 90K, and I don't know what the hell blood magic nineteen-year-old me worked to do that)

I socialized this week - I went to a silent book club (no assigned book, no required discussion, just light socializing and an hour to read!) AND to a sword fighting class. And now I'm sore (but I'd be worse without the joint salve from somebody awesome

I got my hat done - gluing the trim directly to the hat didn't work well, so I ended up sewing it to some tear-away stabilizer, then gluing that down. https://twitter.com/SilvercatTyger/status/1227089019181228032?s=20

Dickens Fest is the 22nd & 23rd, so I'm going to have to do my suspenders this weekend.

I finished an art thing the other night! \o/

I have a few sketch ideas in mind and something I'd like to make for a friend, might get to those sometime this week. Not a whole lot on my plate atm, it's chill, it's nice!

I am not doing enough. I have multiple projects in the works that I need to finish this month, but I keep playing video games instead. *flails*

I am working on two crocheted hats, a knit shawl, a knit bag, and a crocheted sweater. I want them all done by February 29th. I need to get a move on!

I'm making better progress in my Python programming. The aliens now move in a group on my Space Invaders clone,though I'm having trouble coming up with a concise way of stating their movement. I have a public post in my journal stating my woes.
