How was your Friday the 13th?

It's been incredibly rainy over here and I just want to lay in bed, but I persevere! How are you managing the spring weather?

I have three loads of laundry to finish (technically all the same load, just too big to fit in our washer all at once) and I need to finish vacuuming and dusting my bedroom before DnD. And if possible I need to work on my office some more today, otherwise tomorrow.

I got another call from a recruiter about a possible job. Of course, it's far enough away that'd I have to rent a room, so I want to get as much done here first as possible.

Our internet went down at 4:30 p.m. yesterday and didn't come up again till this morning. Still irked about it.

I spent the duration working on my Gansey sweater. Finished the pieces, seamed it... And it's far too big. My gauge was off, and I didn't realize it until after it was done. I did do a gauge swatch, but I must've measured my gauge incorrectly on it.

So now I'm assessing what to do. I might put the ribbing on it anyway and see if that pulls the neck in some. Or I'll redo the entire thing, but not anytime soon as I have other projects I need doing.

I hope everyone is keeping healthy! I'm an introvert so already good at social distancing.

I'm almost done with the striped afghan. I just have to weave in the dangly bits on the sides and edge it.
