It's another week! How are you doing? What are you working on? What have you done lately?

Um...well, I'm trying to write up a summary of what I would change in a book, but my proofreader says that I need to say how my revision would end, and I don't know how it would end. I have learned, to my everlasting annoyance, that I can't plan out a book from beginning to end because if I do, then I already know the story. And once I know the whole story, I don't have to tell it to myself.

This inability to outline has left me with two unwelcome choices:

1) Writing scenes out of sequence, which I am also not good at, to give people an idea of how it would go; or

2) Rewriting the whole damned thing. And I don't want to rewrite the whole damned thing. No one likes canon rewrites. Even if I did a stellar job, people would complain that it wasn't like the original book.

So I am stuck with work I can't complete and don't want to do.
