I posted a story for my half birthday!

It's my birthday today so I'm trying to take it easy/ have some fun at home. I'm baking chocolate Babka instead of cake. It's a recipe I've been meaning to try but haven't done yet. The recipe makes 2 loaves so I'm planning on making 1 in a loaf pan & 1 more freeform in a braided knot. Hopefully, they turn out well!

Other than that I've been trying to look for a co op game to play with my partner. Previously we've played Borderlands series, & Remnant. We're having trouble finding a new game to play together.

Also probably going to be doing lots of dog cuddles to avoid him barking at fireworks. lol

Gonna finish the assembling the doors for my toy cabinet so I can measure them for glass. (They're designed as a wardrobe so Ikea only has translucent and opaque panels)

I'm halfway through sewing the six lizards for my natural fiber fill post.

And I rode the stationary bike yesterday! Gotta start exercising regularly before I completely turn to jello

It's 81 in my room with the AC and two fans going. And probably warmer near the ceiling where I was working.

The railings for the sliding doors are on. Doors will probably get done tonight after dinner after I water the garden. Unless I melt or combust

June was a really creative month for me and I'm very pleased I worked on not only so many things, but a variety of things!

So far this month I've been working on several things:

* Knitted fingerless mitts for my nephew. Need to be done by next Saturday.
* A sun hat for myself
* Slowly working through a book called Code This Game! for the second time
* Typing up a walkthrough I wrote for a video game

I did that while procrastinating stuff with legal and tax documents, but I also did a bunch of that, finally, today. Unfortunately I couldn't get help from lots of official ppl cuz everything is closed, bleh.
