I'm still working on character art for Wolpertimon, who I should do a blog post about. Yesterday I didn't feel like doing more art, so I worked a tiny bit on the updates to my Neocities site about my conlangs. And tomorrow I'm going to try to start my three pieces of art for the Small Fandom Bang - all fandoms I don't know.

On Wednesday I have to go up with my Mom to Grandpa's. Fortunately there's internet there now, so I won't be cut off from the world (AT&T works up there, sometimes, but I have T-Mobile). Dad would be the one to go but he's currently got a cold or something (not Covid, he tested)

I've been kinda really productive - I vacuumed and did laundry this week and ran errands today. I still need to finish vacuuming :(

Now that I've finished the Great Blanket Project I'm embroidering a tea towel. One day I'll figure out how to iron on the pattern so that I don't have to trace bits around the edges but that day is obviously not today.

This weekend’s House Project: General cleaning, which I accomplished a bit of yesterday. More needed, motivation low.

Current Creative Goal: Writing for the 120th Crowdfunding Creative Jam. Motivation moderate.

Last night we went to see Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania and it was a fun way to spend 2 hours.

I'm about to go and teach my younger brother to sew :) Ive been working on art commissions and cross stitching!

I started a job this week! So there was less crafting during the week because of that, but today I'm working on a crocheted hoodie.

I've also been poking at a crocheted stitch sampler cowl/scarf. A lot of my friends tell me I should teach knitting and crochet classes, so I'm attempting to come up with my own beginner pattern to teach. Right now I'm focusing on crochet, because I have some bad habits with knitting that make me a little more reluctant to teach it. Whether I actually follow through and start teaching classes remains to be seen.

I am making great progress on the cross stitched fashion lady, despite not allocating enough DMC 948. She's missing most of one leg; she'll live until we get to the new house and unpack.

I am also making good progress on some work bureaucracy. It is seriously freaking me out that HR and management are actually on my side, and everyone is determined to make this work. I can honestly say that would NOT have happened literally anywhere else I've ever worked.

Hello All! I'm new around here. :>

I've currently been in the planning stages for a collaborative story I'd like to write soon enough...preferably with someone else sharing the driver's seat. Not sure if I'll find interested parties on this side of DreamWidth, but there's always hope I suppose. Barring that, I'd love some recommendations as to where I could find some interest.

I did as much stitching as I could this past weekend, because I felt "behind" after losing a day to the pipe bursting a few weekends ago. However, that has meant I didn't pull my tax documents together, which I really need to do. I guess that is an after-work project this week.
