I haven't really had the energy for Dreamwidth lately, but I'm doing alright. I'm trying to catch up with some stuff

1320 words written while listening to the Namibia v England match on the radio. I'm happy with that - it's the first I've managed to write without a doubling partner.

(okay not none upright, but this sulk started about five minutes into the small project I needed ten minutes of upright to finish, which was before running all over the house while Tol Housemate texted me repeatedly in hopes of hearing the text chime and therefore finding my phone) (it fell off my bed without actually detaching from the charger)

I've been chipping away at my fancy rat mood theme for moodthemeinayear; I've got some extra fun rats right here, but you can also check my Rat Moods tag if you want to see all of the ones I have so far. (Or the total mood theme uploaded so far, but that has duplicates, no commentary, and is missing a few alternate rats; not all of the fandom rats from the first link made the cut for my own personal use, after all!) I'm getting closer and closer to finishing the whole thing...

Meanwhile, the first theme is up for this year's summerofthe69 (NSFW)! You can check it out here: First Time 69: Everyone has to start somewhere. I'm hoping to throw something together for this theme in the next week or so, but the idea I have can also wait for a later theme. The Comment Prompts are also open for business! No one has left any prompts there just yet, but I had an absolute blast writing a fill for a prompt last year, so I remain hopeful that some new prompts will go up this year.

Finally, I successfully made a backup of my Tumblr account for the first time since 2018, as well as a backup of my side account. Now I can be less worried if/when I decide to reblog anything decrying the targeted and staff-sanctioned transmisogyny (and maybe I'll finally have the wherewithal to break free entirely...)

I'm actually coming close to finally finishing the first draft of my 70k word project I started for Nanowrimo last year

I'm attempting to edit three stories (Narissia, Boybands, Steampunk). I'm attempting to write... more than three stories. Some that I haven't touched in a couple of months. Then there's the various fiber crafts that I have going on.

Sigh. None of it's working very well, because I have no job and keeping myself to a structure is virtually impossible.
