I've been working on my toy display case. I've got a bunch of imaginext dc vehicles and I'm doing a bit of a diorama for them, which is maybe 2/3 done now. I need to do the stuff that'll go on the sides, which is much simpler than the bottom, and hang up a few vehicles. The bottom is done - roads, with some water and a bit of swamp for Killer Croc.

This edition is named for the squealing pipes that have been happening intermittedly, which possible only I can hear. I'm pretty sure part of the problem is the sun hitting the valves outside, because it only happens as the day warms up. It is VERY loud and VERY high pitched, and my parents may have lost that range of their hearing. And of course, now that we're trying to pin it down, it's not happening.

Tonight I'm covering a shift at the cat rescue, and it's the fun shift where you play with the cats, unlike the morning shift where you clean all the kennels (and play with cats)

Brother and I put the new bed together that Dad bought. (Well, mostly brother. I was support)

I haven't written at all today, but plan on touching it during the game that I'm watching (hockey). But, the bed is done! And it only took about four hours.

I'm trying to get all the end of semester stuff done and holding onto my sanity as I do so
