I have a ton of cotton, nettle, and hemp yarn that's been sitting in storage bins for way too long. I've been turning it into dish cloths!

I finally finished Upon A Star, by PigeonCoop Designs, from the book Cross Stitch In The Forest. It took me a little over a year; I work on many projects at once, so this is pretty fast for me. The confetti stitches were SUCH a pain! I used a sharp embroidery needle so I could weave the tails through the weave of the Aida fabric.



My honorary niece came to visit again! We went to Mayfest (Bennington (VT)'s annual shindig with vendors and food trucks and live music). There was a new stained-glass vendor there so we bought some suncatchers. We went to Manchester to check out a glassblowing studio; I bought a magnet and she bought some earrings and a t-shirt for a friend. I volunteered to make a sundress for her, using a subdued teal celestial knit from my stash.

Mr Diane is looking to get started with fused glass. There is some really nifty stuff out there. Do we need more hobbies? No. Will that stop us? Also no.

I'm close to finishing the scarf for my partner. I'm on the last ball of yarn!

I'm planning on building a table tomorrow. I very much dislike building flat pack furniture so wish me luck.

On the bright side I got 5 new library cards added to my libby thanks to https://reciprocard.com/

Plus I have the case for my new phone on the way so that should be here by Monday!

I did errands today.

This is not surprising, except when you realize I got 3-4 hours of interrupted sleep last night, because my brain was an asshole and kept giving me nightmares.

So the only thing I've done is do errands and put the cold groceries away. The rest can wait until I sleep more than an hour at a stretch.

Working on a variety of things, but focusing on some morphs in Daz3d to make Thunderians (from the original Thundercats). At least until things stopped working in Daz so I had to install it on my smaller laptop (aka Tina).

I voted but I haven't been able to drop it off (it's not due until Tuesday)
