Where does the time go?!

It's that day again. What are you working on? What have you gotten done recently? Have you done anything fun?

I've been working, reading, and sleeping. My bank account should be pretty happy.

Started the day by building a fire in the fireplace. I can't run the furnace until the dead whatever is out of the vents, & the fireplace isn't enough on its own, but it's a lot more than nothing. I miss being able to heat the house with a wood stove but this place is too long for that to work.

Tonight is the Arts Crawl in Gallup, & I'll be heading out to that in a couple hours, with a stop at Home Despot on the way to buy Yet More 2x4s -- but in the meantime, I think I'm going to spend the afternoon playing Eleven (the successor to Glitch, for anyone who played there) & feeding the fire.

It happens every month but I haven't managed to go since JUNE because: life. I'm looking forward to it!

Yesterday was a lazy day; I finished a book though! Today has been lots of cleaning, though when I finish I hope to finish up a drawing I've been meaning to get to the past couple days. I'm excited to work on it! Time just likes to get away from me C':

Working on my Boo! Doily and making another pair of Lovey Dovey mitts in the same colors as the first pair. It's slow going because I am still enamored with Final Fantasy XIV, but I *am* making progress.

I finished embroidering the daisy towel and now I'm working on the iris. This one's moving faster because I know which stitches I want to use.

I wrote one letter on Friday and finally finished another one on Sunday, one that had been in the works for almost a month now. Still no progress on creative writing but I am glad I am at least back on the letter writing trip and hope to continue writing next week.
