Attempting to Spark Motivation in 2021

Hello, everyone! I am new to this community and just joined today after seeing it pop up on "Latest Things," (which I've been admittedly reading quite a bit lately.) This community honestly feels like a response to a quiet yearning I've had to share my art as I work on it without spamming any professional portfolios or online galleries. Since this journal is updated weekly or encourages weekly updates, I thought it was a perfect place to upload my art WIPs!







I am retouching an old piece from 2017 of the Hellenistic god of the Sun, Helios. It's been a really enjoyable and illuminating process thus far. Thanks for letting me post him here, as I'm hoping this will motivate me to work on him more. ♡
