I'm up at my sister's house, watching her dog while their family goes on vacation. I brought two projects with me, a crocheted shawl and that knitted blanket I've been procrastinating on forever. In fact, I am currently procrastinating from it yet again! I really need to work on it though, it needs to be finished by July and I only have a foot done.

This week I also stopped at the library to pick up the latest Take & Make kit. It's embroidery! Looking forward to trying it some day.

Got back into music making this week and I did a remix of music from two games.
So I am recording myself drawing a fanart crossover of the games and going to use that as the video for the music when I put it on youtube.

This week was the start of a new schedule at work, so it's been kicking my ass! I'm used to my days off being at the end-ish of the traditional week, but now they're at the beginning, so it feels like I have no chance to catch up on things I fall behind on!

I finally picked a summary for Unconventional Courtship, so now I have to get some serious progress on writing it before the deadline!

There was a big gap in my herb garden, so I planted two verbena in it.

Other than that, I pulled out half the swan I cross-stitched because I messed up somewhere and now I'm redoing it a different way.

I also had to get a new pincushion because the Boondock Kittens stole my old one, promptly lost the needle that was in it, and got the whole thing soaking wet. (Water, fortunately.) So I had to get a new pincushion. It's big and purple and I love it.
