Congratulations on finishing the writing! I hope the knee pain doesn't stick around long-term. I know the feeling of "hmm... will this hurting thing go away, or am I just stuck with it now?"

This whole getting old thing really sucks. I've noticed that I've taken to doing the same movements that my grandmother used to do and she had arthritis in her knees.

Getting old is garbage. Same here - I've caught myself moving or sitting/getting up in the same ways other people I know with chronic back issues do.

At least at the moment my back works, but I find myself rubbing my knees.
