I'm going to be making some things for the garden right after I have lunch.

Just barely getting ready for the day at 2PM here. Ugh. All I wanna do is sleep.

On the list for today:

packing the van for the show this weekend
working on the booth tent (fortunately not needed for the show this weekend, but I wanna get it done)
maybe stay sort of functional

Sort of functional is hard!

I'm frustrated with myself because I had big plans for this week while my parents are gone to get the garden done and post a ton on eBay. I've done none of that. But I am taking good care of me and the cats, including throughly cleaning the litter box when one of them (I suspect Spooky, the princess) pooped on the plastic rug outside it to let me know it was too dirty.

Hey, self-care is important & also HARD, well done. & scooping litterboxes SUCKS.

Dad scoops in the mornings but somehow he doesn't notice that it's getting bad so I've taken over changing the litter. I should also probably do it sooner, but it works out ok.

And I got new meds this week which should help with ADHD *fingers crossed *

Got the van packed, with a bunch of help from the roommate & none from the cats!

Roommate is now getting some of their jewelry on display cards for me to put out with my stuff.

Functionality is iffy, but existent.

standard eyeglasses make actually eye protection harder to remember BUT STILL HAVE BOTH EYES SO

finished power tool use for today at least, next part requires roommate assistance so taking a break

I hear ya! I'm grateful to wear glasses when it's windy, but that's about it. People with good eyes don't know how lucky they are.

So I generally wear a bandanna over my nose and mouth when I change the litter box, because of the smell and dust. So the other day I've got that and I'm carrying the box out to the garage and my glasses slide ALL THE WAY off my nose and are dangling from just my ears.

RM-assisted part is done, by which I mean the booth tent is up. Cut six pieces of wood dowel for dogbones. They still need to be sanded but Bomb Shelter Radio is on the air so I'm taking another break. (listen here if you want, it's all geeks & weirdoes)

I have gotten as far as possible with the supplies at hand! With success! Which means the next step is buying two hunks of painter's canvas of the correct size, & then a LOT of handsewing.
