Finally working on something for rainbowfic, I've been postponing for months (out of insecurity). Not really in the mood for my other projects, so starting this new one looks like a good idea.

I'm working on the extreme backlog of accomplishment banners for RainbowFic (a great number have been waiting since 2013...)

Some of the supplies/styles are VERY hard to find images for. Since I'm actually a graphic designer, I'm trying very hard to find public domain or creative commons licensed images. There are a few that I compromised on and there's a few that I want to take pictures for. I've done 140+ so far...

The two people with really big lists have responded, so I figure I might as well do the ones that only have four or five since they mostly achieved the same things so I just have to change the name

I flew home today early but I got some knitting in. I'm swatching on new needles for my project.

I did two children's events at work this week that went really well, and I wrote a bunch. By now, I'm having a good buffer on my monthly wordcount. And I wrote/finished three oneshots for events that are coming up

I finished another cross stitch, this one a bigger one (Silver Lining's Edith Wolford, ~125 hours). I've just about given up on updating my website with pics (the pic of Edith Wolford is at 50 hours and is 1.5 years old), so no pics as I'm on my work computer. But it's lovely :)

I survived a cross-country road trip with husband and 2 cats! So far we have survived moving. (The moving truck arrived with our stuff on Friday, 3 days ago; and let's just say unpacking is less stressful than packing was, but it's all relative.)

For the Fashion Lady cross stitch, I did in fact end up raiding the already-packed box (before we moved) for more floss. So she has all of her body parts! I need to do the backstitch and the lettering.

I'm overwhelmed by the amount of unpacking I still need to do. I also have basically zero routine right now, which is starting to wear on me. Oh well. Baby steps...
