This weekend I'm doing laundry, cutting my hair, vacuuming, and making a pie! (Trying a recipe for a chocolate pie that isn't just Jello pudding)

We finished the greenhouse! So. Many. Bolts. And we are somehow still speaking to each other!

We both have all next week off work. I have cleared the sewing table and I'm going to piece the teddy bear quilt top. I may finally cut into the Hawaiian shirts for the memory quilt.

Meanwhile, other people will be creating things in my house, namely heat pumps and a new kitchen. Whee!

Edit: I forgot the most important question! My favorite pie is pumpkin. Alas, my husband doesn't like pumpkin pie, but he does make a mean pecan pie so that's the kind I end up eating the most. :)

I'm working on my little entries for do-nut november + planning for dom december & trying to decide which whump event I'll participate in December.

My rainbowfic fills are on the backburner again because I'm not in the mood to write anything that makes me actually thing, just PWPs in this filthy mind

my fingers are going through some great workout. yes. they've been terrible to the character and even worse with the actress since before the first movie came out. I'm doing my duty as a person with more than one brain cell.

I did a lot of cleaning the past two days since I've had them off work. I've also done some more photography as I went on an impromptu trip to my local forest preserve with a doll to do a photoshoot! I'm very happy with how most of the pictures came out. I also managed to get a little painting in and completed an abstract piece!

As for favorite type of pie, I'm quite fond of a good apple pie or banana cream!

I have signed up to write 2/3/4 stories and draw 2-5 drawings in the next few weeks. I'm amused at myself and hope I can get it all done.

The best desert is a strawberry. Possibly in whipped cream. Several strawberries in whipped cream if you are feeling exuberant. This is not diet nonsense, it's just because it's sweet and refreshing and won't make your belly explode. I am assuming you are already full from dinner at this point.

I'm working on multifandomdoodle exchange assignment, some editing, and considering continuing the writing-clean of my interactive novella, but it's on backburner. Plotting a big project with my co-author, but with so many pans on the fire, nothing seems properly priority. Should do the editing now, then maybe something fun and short, or continue the meditative lineart when I get a chance.

Also prepped a TTRPG session (pre-written adventure and the second for the team, so that was quick), and should be plotting a lil mini campaign.

But right now? I'm gonna get a sandwich and go tick off some boxes.

I finished a granny square baby blanket and want to finish at least one of the several knitting projects before starting on the next baby blanket, though I’m aware the baby blankets have something of a time limit. The other thing might be the musselburgh hat that I’ve started or the petiteknits vest that I have that’s pretty close to finishing tbh but the rest is quite repetitive (not that the Musselburgh isn’t, but alas).

Have been writing generally and once I get to page 200 of the notebook I will be transcribing soon… and I’m up to 180, I think?

I’ve been thinking about drawing but not actually doing it. Too much to do otherwise tbh.

When it comes to pies… I prefer quiche, I don’t know what this dessert nonsense you’re talking about is.

I've been working on a new knit scarf. It's made with large yarn and needles so it's going very fast.

I'm planning on starting a hat once the scarf is done. Not necessarily one to match but I haven't picked the yarn yet. I need to dig through my stash.

I'm also planning in doing some cooking prep for Thanksgiving. We're going to my partner's aunt for it but we're bringing cookies and broccoli casserole. Today im making stock that I'll use in the casserole.
