The only thing I did this week was (finally?) apparently loose my will, passion and interest for writing. I have to find a new hobby, I guess.

It happens to us all. Just take it easy and it'll come back eventually. I know you're under a lot of stress and that'll kill passion and creativity

What silvercat said -- rest and take it easy, it'll come back. Take it from an old hand who's been through both minor and major burnout for multiple kinds of creative endeavors.

I recommend just -- if you're up for it -- consuming works instead of creating any for a while, especially during a time of high stress. Once you get in the clear and can relax, the muse usually comes a knockin'.

Your brain don't sit idle in the creative department when you consume media either, even if it's totally opposite to what you usually create. Brains are miracles that way.

It does come back eventually, but if you find a new hobby in the meantime then you will have two things to enjoy :)
