The last couple days were a break brought on by just being too damn tired after work, but last week in general was surprisingly productive for writing, so I'm happy about that!

I've also been reading a lot more since the new year, and am trying to keep that energy up!

Right now I'm trying to decide on whether I want to participate in an art event for next month. It's "NaMoPaiMo" - National Model Painting Month - dedicated to painting a model equine in the month of February. (Very niche? Yes!) I've done it several years in the past, and I'd like to do it again... but I'm afraid of losing my writing and reading momentum if I pivot to focus on something else for a month.

It is a really fun and positive event! Open to any sort of three-dimensional equine model if they do wind up interested. If anyone does wind up interested, the entry form (just to track total participants; it's very low-pressure) is at the namopaimo website. There's also an active FB group.

Wow, I only knew about NaNoWriMo! I hope you'll share a link to your finished work when you're done!

Let me know if you ever come across a NaIcSeMo - National Icon Set Month - where the goal is to make a set number of icons in one month! I would so be there!
