I've started another Golden Girls cross stitch. I've also finished setting up my home office except for putting the chair together. Anybody know how to cut down one of those plastic carpet protector thingies? The one I swiped from work is too big for the space it needs to fit in.

If anyone needs a distraction, I've started posting old educational shorts to my journal (and FB) every Saturday. Revel in the bizarre! Revel in it!

I think cutting down the carpet protectors take good scissors and patience.

I have good scissors. I'm just not willing to sacrifice them to thick plastic.

Can't blame you for that. Utility knife with extra blades and a metal ruler?

That's an idea. I think I might have a utility knife I'm willing to sacrifice in my toolbox.
