I haven't gotten much done this week, with good reason (haven't felt good, cuz it's shark week). My office is a DISASTER. I did part of the work on my RenFaire cloak - Mom lined the hood and I the little bit of hand stitching necessary. I need to hem up a bit in the front because it drags and add a closure.

I bought some fabric. Some to do a ten minute project (enclosing in the bottom of some furniture where Heidi sleeps so she doesn't have to hide on the couch or behind the couch). The rest is to make an eight foot long squid plush, which I may scale down a bit. The fabric is loud and it's going to be awesome.

I've been doodling monsters for a Digimon-esque comic idea. I need to scan one of them because I started it too small to put in the detail I need.

I've been meaning to write a blog post for a few weeks showing off some small sewing I've done and being a general update.

Edit: Actually I did do some things: I've reread three Ursula Vernon/T. Kingfisher books in prep of reading the newest one (one to go). Unfortunately I've read them in the middle of the night instead of sleeping because my sleeping schedule is incredibly fucked up
