This week I worked on my niece's blanket, reaching the halfway point of the third stripe, yay! I also knit a bunny out of a garter square, here it is:



Today I'm working on a tote bag. It is a simple knitting pattern made with 100% wool yarn that I will then felt.

I'm not sure I mentioned this here, but I am thinking about being a vendor at craft fairs this year, so one thing I've been doing is testing out small patterns to see how viable they are. The Garter Bunny is one such pattern. Pros: Fast, Easy, Cute. Cons: It can't be firmly stuffed, and might be easy for it to come undone. Hmm. I'm undecided if I want to make more or not.

I remember you mentioning this. If the bunny is just used as a decorative object for Easter rather than a child‘s toy, the durability should be fine I think. It is definitely cute!

Seconding the above - it sounds like it might not hold up to serious play or rough handling, but would be very cute as something decorative!

I hope the vendor stuff goes well if you decide to do it. :)
