 It's a bit late, but here's your weekly check in post!

What have you been working on? What have you gotten done? What's been challenging?

This week I've been slowly working on:
* Elf cowl - https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/little-green-elf-cowl
* Other cowl - https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/free-for-all-cowl
* Artfully Simple Angled Scarf - https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/artfully-simple-angled-scarf
* Peppermint Swirl Blanket - https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/peppermint-throw-and-pillow

I could use some cheering on that last one - it's not going as fast as I'd like. My goal is to get it finished by Christmas as a gift to myself, but there's still a heck of a lot left to do.

Also: on Friday I crocheted a hat as a last-minute request for my sister, who was going to a college football game on Saturday. Sister is very crochet-worthy; she is always appreciative of what I make, and she paid me for it! Still, I was a bit rankled at the last-minute request, as I had plans for the day and this threw them up in the air. I'm pretty sure the request was mom's idea, not sister's - mom has never been very considerate of my time.

So far today, I:
* Downloaded two of my streams off Twitch
* Uploaded one stream to YouTube
* Knit another wedge on the elf cowl
* Knit another repeat on the other cowl

Will probably do more later, but right now I'm taking a video game break.

Tomorrow night on stream I'll be finishing my playthrough of Final Fantasy VIII Remastered, so I'm trying to decide what to stream next. Options are in my journal, here if anyone wants to give their input!

That peppermint swirl blanket looks very seasonally appropriate and I hope it is warm and cozy. Even if it is not done by midwinter, both peppermints and blankets can be appreciated year round.

I’m sorry your mom is behind the times on understanding how to respect other peoples’ crafts and schedules. I would wish for her to be gifted an artisanally-crafted clue for Christmas, but those can be so expensive!

Luck with the gaming and such also!
