Oh damn, that sounds like a pain and stressful. I guess if you just did it for fun on a place where you'd have to go out of the way to make money at all? But yeah I wouldn't wanna doxx myself either. As for content, some people just use neocities as a diary, or pics of cats. Someone even just has a pic of a polygon rat, that's it, nothing else lmao

Yeah, if I wanted to make a purely fannish site with no connection to any fundraising etc. ever, I could even under German rules. But the whole thing just puts me off making any website. Sigh.

It sounds like fun how much variety of content there is on Neocities, though!
