I'm working on NaNo. This will consume my November. I'm attempting to get to 6700.

However, I am in so much pain right now. My body just... is giving up and I don't know what to do.

I'm working on NaNo as well. Sorry to hear that you're in pain. Does it affect your typing or ability to sit at a computer? I've known a few folks who got pretty good with the speech-to-text thing, but I know it's not everyone's cup of tea.
