Do you ever do timed "bursts of effort" with another person, checking in before and after? I sometimes find doing that to be helpful. The bursts can be of any time length that the people involved agree on.

I'm in USA left coast time zone, if you'd be interested in trying it with me. I can't guarantee that I'll see a reply promptly, but I'll try to keep an eye out...

I do it but alone. With a timer. I appreciate the offer but I work very weird hours (and I'm east coast)
